TOWSON, MD — A teen is missing from Towson, and officials are asking for help locating him. Jacob William King, 14, was last seen around 9 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 29. He was near Taylor Avenue and was headed toward Loch Raven Boulevard, according to police. Officials said he was wearing royal-blue sweatpants with a black hoodie and dark-colored Crocs.
