BAY SHORE, NY — A French bulldog puppy who was stolen from a Bay Shore home on Saturday has been reunited with its owner, Suffolk County Police said.
According to police, a person or people broke into a home on Farrington Avenue through a back door sometime between 8 p.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. Sunday. Clothing, cash and a 3-month old French Bulldog, a male named Zushi, were stolen, police said.
Zushi was reported stolen only hours after another French bulldog, Stella, was reunited with her owners after being stolen from a Huntington home on Thanksgiving.
French bulldogs are notoriously expensive and can cost several thousand dollars.
