GAITHERSBURG, MD — A 29-year-old man has been reported missing in Gaithersburg. Francisco Beltran III was last seen on Nov. 5, when he was at home on the 600 block of West Side Drive. Beltran is 5-foot-6, has brown eyes, short black curly hair and a mustache/goatee, police said. He wears glasses, walks with a limp and was wearing a dark, heavy jacket when he was last seen. Police are asking anyone with information about his disappearance to call the Montgomery County Police- 6th District Investigative Section at 240-773-5700 or the police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24-hour line).
