1 year old blue Indian Ringneck DESPERATELY needs rehoming- TODAY- due to noise complaints from neighbors. He is semi-tame, but still needs some work. He is in his bluffing stage, so can be nippy at times. He sings & whistles all day, but is also very demanding, which is when he starts screeching. We love him, and hate to lose him, but can't risk our apartment. We love having a bird in our home, so I am willing to trade him for a tame cockatiel, because they arent as loud as Ringnecks.I paid $800 for him, asking $500 OR trade. It is urgent that he be rehomed TODAY or TOMORROW.
