Drivers Killed After Crashing Into Trees: Police

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — Two drivers were killed Thursday and Friday in separate incidents after both of their vehicles hit trees. Bryan Martinez, 25, of Virginia, was driving along Temple Hill Road in the 7500 block Saturday at approximately 12:15 p.m. when his vehicle left the road and hit a tree Friday. Martinez was pronounced dead on the scene, according to a police report. Lakina Jackson of District Heights, 32, was driving along Pennsylvania Avenue near Forestville Road Thursday at approximately 5:30 a.m. when her vehicle left the road and hit a tree, according to the police department.
