Passenger Dies In Annapolis Crash, Driver Uninjured: Police

ANNAPOLIS, MD — Police announced that a passenger died after an Annapolis crash on Nov. 18. Officers identified the victim as Samuel Cantarero-Mendoza, 28, of Annapolis. The driver was not hurt. A Honda Accord was heading south in the 1100 block of Tyler Avenue around 5:36 p.m. when it hit a parked car and overturned, authorities said. Detectives did not mention what caused the collision.
