Found a phone near my house yesterday. I didn't have a charger that worked initially but just got it charged now and it appears to be working fine, but it is locked. Lock screen has blurry picture of a man on a phone. If this might be your phone, please call it and I'll see if I can answer. Or, email and describe the case.
