Found Very Friendly Tabby Cat

Super friendly cat that showed up to my parents' house. My parents and I already have two cats and a dog so we cannot let this cat (female) in the house, but it has been here the past few days and nights hanging around the back patio. Super sweet, cool with both our cats (even though our cats are not cool with her) and our dog. The cat we found drools and jumps up for food and attention. It is likely not stray/feral. No collar on it either.
