Inspired by a European ski village, the AF Holiday Market at Dairy Block will feature 12 vendors offering a wide variety of clothing, home goods, sports gear and more, representing both local Colorado businesses and top national retailers, along with food and drink specials. Free & open to everyone, the AF Holiday Market at Dairy Block will be held on the following weekends: ● November 27th - 29th, from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. ● December 4th - 6th, from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. ● December 11th - 13th, from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. ● December 18th - 20th, from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. *Due to COVID-19 restrictions, pre-registration for a specific day + time slot is required, to limit the number of people in the Alley. *By registering to attend, you agree to the event waiver below, as well as receiving promotional emails from Dairy Block and American Field, which you can opt out of at any time EVENT WAIVER AND RELEASE We are excited to bring Après Ski Village to downtown Denver this holiday season! Dairy Block follows all CDC guidelines, as well as local city & state guidelines for special events. We require all attendees do their part and adhere to those guidelines, while attending the event, which include: - Do not attend the event if you are feeling ill or have a fever over 99 degrees F. - Masks are required for anyone over the age of 10, while attending the event, when not eating or drinking - Maintain a 6-foot distance between other attendees (not in your group/family) By registering below, you, as “Attendee”, agree to assume all risks and accept sole responsibility for any illness, injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that you may experience or incur in connection with attending the Event. Attendee acknowledges that attending in-person events, including the Event, subjects Attendee to risks including, but not limiting to, coming into contact with persons who may have COVID-19 and/or contracting COVID-19. Attendee hereby releases, covenants not to sue, discharges, and holds harmless BLK220, LLC, Firehouse Block, LLC, ZBlock Association, McWhinney Real Estate Services, Inc., and each of their employees, agents, affiliates and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”), of and from any such claims. Specifically relating to the global COVID-19 pandemic, Attendee acknowledges the highly contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assumes the risk of exposure or infection by attending theEvent, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, disability, and/or death to Attendee. Attendee understands that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at the Event may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of others who may attend the event or their families, colleagues, or others with whom they may have contact. Accordingly, Attendee understands and agrees that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Released Parties, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in the Event. Attendee agrees to comply with all COVID-related procedures that may be implemented by the Event sponsor, including, but not limited to, mask-wearing when not eating or drinking, practicing physical distance and following CDC Guidelines to help slow the spread of COVID-19.
