ELMHURST, IL — Elmhurst police arrested four people on DUI charges in the last few days. Here is information from the reports: Lucas Finner, 24, of Elmhurst, was arrested about 2 a.m. Thursday at Garden and Fay on charges of DUI and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He was released on bond. Timothy Barnes, 42, of Elmhurst, was arrested about 11 p.m. Saturday at Highview and North on charges of DUI, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper lane usage. He was released on bond. Jordan Lindsey, 25, of Villa Park, was arrested about 10 p.m. Thursday at Route 83 and St. Charles on charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, unlawful use of registration and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He was released on bond. Terry Towner Jr., 41, of Chicago, was arrested about 2:30 a.m. Saturday at Route 83 and North on charges of DUI, tinted windows, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. He was released on bond. Police report information is provided by local police departments. Charges are not evidence of guilt.
