Cleaner/Custodian Job Duties: Employee is responsible for interior common area cleaning and general up-keep on various properties in Denver and Aurora. Cleaning duties include, but not limited to: trash pick-up in common areas, sweeping, mopping, light bulb replacement, window washing, vacuuming, dusting, collection and disposal of trash. Job Requirements: Prior Cleaning Experience preferred Must have reliable transportation Must provide proof of car insurance Must pass a background check Must be able to lift 45 lbs. overhead occasionally Salary Range: $15.00-$17.00/hour to start, dependent on experience Schedule: 16-20/ hours/week Other Benefits: Holiday pay, eligible for quarterly bonus opportunity, mileage, annual performance and salary review
