Staff Zone a leading provider of construction staffing has IMMEDIATE temp to perm positions open with a foundation local plumbing contractor!! All positions require workers to show up for work daily and on time. You will get your hands dirty while you occasionally lift materials up to 75lbs, bend, kneel, reach overhead, work in crawl spaces and are on your feet for extended periods of time. Entry level plumbers helpers need no experience, but must be mechanically inclined with the ability to read a tape measure, use a level and other small hand tools while working alongside a plumber. You will also help do other labor tasks throughout the day such as site cleanup and gathering materials. If you have no experience you will receive FREE on the job training that could lead to a career in a high paying skilled industry. Entry level helpers pay starts at $15 Top helpers will have at least 2 years experience, some own basic hand tools with knowledge to use them and follows directions from a plumber. Starts at $17 and goes up based on experience. Licensed Plumbers with a minimum of 3-5 years commercial plumbing experience. Pay starts at $24 hour!! Will increase upon full time employment. All positions are WEEKLY pay. You will be on a short term probationary period with our client. You will have to take a drug screen in our office and pass a preliminary back ground check as well as have a clean MVR for top helpers and plumbers. Upon hire you will repeat this process. You will also become eligible for full time employee benefits such as medical for employee and family, company provided cell phone (certain positions), direct deposit and an employee retirement savings plan. You MUST have own transportation to the clients office on the east side of Savannah that will get you to work BY 7am.
