hello- I am interested in renting my backyard out for someone to grow flowers/plants, raise chickens, grow mushrooms, etc. The space is about 1/10 of an acre. No soil tests have been conducted. However, there are 5 garden beds with drip irrigation and soil from the Man in Overalls. Land use cost and water to be negotiated. The front yard is fully landscaped with native plants- and would ideally like you to maintain this (about 1 to 2 hours a month).
