Description
Winter Series of Hikyogas Sunday Afternoons around Rochester, NY. 50% of sales will be going to the Tru Yoga Studio Scholarship Program! Join me for this exciting offering to keep moving and connected through the winter months. I have had many requests in the past for snowshoe yoga which has been impossible to offer with our variable weather. I've also had many requests this year for winter hikyogas to be offered. The plan for this series is that we will Hikyoga with the weather we are given- so if we have milder days we will hike. If we have enough snow to snowshoe- we will snowshoe! I will send an email by 11am to confirm what equipment you need and post on Instagram in case you want to know the deal before you buy a drop in. There will be class bundles offered as well! I will not be coordinating rentals, so each Hikyogi will need to determine if they have what they need for the weather/plan for that day. In the event of extreme weather, I will offer an alternate weekend class.
