Food Drive on Sat. Dec. 4, 8am - noon, at Prevention First, 2800 Montvale Dr. Collecting canned & packaged foods, durable fresh foods (potatoes, carrots, apples, oranges), household & personal care products. No glass, please. Donated items will be distributed to local micro pantries, UIS Cares Food Pantry, and SIAN. Also accepting monetary donations payable to Central Illinois Food Bank. Event is sponsored by 3 local women's organizations: AAUW, Jr. League & AKA.
