I have two home repairs that I need to be completed. Please email with your price and the day/time you can complete. Looking to get this done asap Things to be completed: A window that needs to be repaired - The window will not stay up. Leak around kitchen faucet handle- I have a video that will help show what is going on. If this can not be fixed I will pay for a new faucet if needed. Please respond with the price, day, and time you can complete. I use email for communication to prove what is said regarding work to be performed and the price. Would like work to be done asap. I will not pay in advance. I have no problem paying for any material that may be needed at the store.
