I represent a large janitorial company that operates across the USA. We are looking for a reliable subcontractor to take over a facility in Columbus. Approx. sqft is 15k High traffic touch point disinfecting required at least 2 x per day. Regular cleaning is 7 days per week. Paying approx. $10k per month. Sub must provide supplies. This is a secure government facility. Anyone working on this contract must be able to pass a federal background check (i.e. no felonies, drugs, etc) We pay all subcontractors Net 15.
