The seasons change. . . Do you?Along with Mother Nature, our internal health and mental wellbeing has its seasons. As an integrative reproductive medicine and women's health practice, we firmly believe that the best medicine is preventive medicine. Our seasonal approach to nutrition, disease prevention, mind/body/spirit health, wellness, and healing is one of the hallmarks of our practice.
In this 4-part "mini retreat" series, we will introduce the concepts of living in harmony with nature with simple lifestyle tips, practical changes, and logical advice for not only improving health and wellness, but also transforming the healing process. . . all based on nature's mandates.
The mini retreats (9am - 4pm) are intentionally aligned to take advantage of seasonal energy associated with the vernal/autumnal equinox and the summer/winter solstice. The dates are as follows:

Our integrative approach to wellness attunes the entire body (physically, mentally, and spiritually) and provides keys to staying healthy all throughout the year.
