I'm working on a project like this, except smaller attic, and the lights are not bulbs but only fiber optic threads: It requires no expertise at all, but it requires crawling around in a small attic (21 inches). Not for everybody. It would definitely help if you're short as well. You'll need to wear a mask and long sleeves probably because of handling or crawling over the insulation. Here's the attic passage. I'd like to pay by the hour. Please let me know if you'd be interested. Most of the project and supplies are already well lined up. I just need an installer.
