Hi- I'm running out of time and want to have my basement finished by the first of the year (or sometime close to then). I'm framing up a bedroom, bathroom and general area. I'm about finished putting up the foam board and will seal it up in the coming days. From that point on its framing and roughing in electrical and plumbing for the bathroom. I need to find someone who wants some easy cash work on the side, who will show up when they say they will, knows what they are doing (ill know within 15 minutes if you don't and will give you $10 and tell you to be on your way) and who doesn't need me to pay their phone bill so they can call and text me. Please reply with your availability, a little detail on the kind of work you've done in the past. I'll start you at $20 an hour cash with an agreed-upon bonus when the work reaches certain milestones. I'm a easy-going guy, but I'm also not going to put up with laziness. This work can be done during the evenings and weekends. I'll gladly work around your schedule, provided you follow through on your end. Also, unless you are 10-15 minutes away, then its not going to be worth it for you. In other words, if you are on the Missouri side, this prob isn't the gig for you. Thanks.
