Sitter needed for aviation family

Hello! We are looking for a great babysitter for 2 children in Barrington ages 9 and 6. We are an airline family and until now my husband has stayed home with the kids. The time has come for him to go back to work, so we are in need of a special individual who is very reliable but also has some flexibility and an open mind! Due to the nature of my work, some days we will need care from 2:30pm-9:30 p.m. and some will be (paid) on-call days. We estimate needing someone averaging 1-3 days per week. On-call days can be a great way to make some money with the possibility of not having to work! Basically we would ask that you keep your availability for the day and if I get called to go to work then we would call you to come watch the kids. My work assigns flying the day before so you would know the day before if we needed you. We pay $50/hr for on-call days otherwise $15/hr. Must be good with animals. Able to make dinner for the kids and help with homework, enjoy their company and have some fun! Bonus points if you're willing to transport them from school to home!
