I am looking for someone to do maintenance work/handyman work on my apartment complexes. Do NOT NEED to be a licensed contractor, but must have knowledge, experience, own tools and vehicle to complete jobs. I am looking for someone Full time but can work with some part time works as well. Must have experience and knowledge in basic plumbing, electrical, painting interior, some carpentry when needed. Must be able to do a make ready, (Get an apartment ready for a new tenant). Each unit is different and could need work done to make it ready for new tenant. I need to hire someone reliable, trustworthy, efficient no drama or excuses. Get in do the work and get paid. I need someone immediately. You will need to come to office and fill out an application and have a brief introduction with the owner. Please come to address listed to fill out an application.
