I'm looking for a practice space and looking to avoid the usual spots around town. I play guitar and my friend plays drums. It's just two of us and we don't play very loud or abrasive. It's kinda jazz type stuff. We're looking for a space to play in during the evenings. We're both 40 years old, respectful and clean dudes that would look after the space. If anyone has anything near Lakewood or anything on the westside feel free to let us know. Thanks!
