OUTSIDE - about 100 square feet of siding needs put up - some aluminum wrap and break work needs done - gutters and and eves were done improperly. it was partially fixed and someone needs to finish - deck / sail needs installed to eves - decks need properly wrapped with pvc trim - string lights need hung around house - decking railing needs fixed. INSIDE - needs some grout work finished - needs cleaned up and scrubbed - needs caulk around trim
