Rentwell Property Management is looking to hire a Field Support Technician to monitor numerous properties throughout Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver and Westmoreland Counties. Responsibilities include: 1.) Property Visits: Pre Move-in, Post Move-In, Lease Renewal, Move-Out, and additional visits as needed. 2.) Meet with inspectors (borough, Section 8, etc) 3.) Install smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, change locks 4.) Inventory Management 5.) Other responsibilities as designated by Management Qualifications: 1.) Current and Valid driver's license and auto insurance (Vehicle Provided) 2.) High school diploma or GED 3.) Attention to detail 4.) Communication Skills 5.) Technological skills 6.) Self-Starter- ability to stay organized and plan your own schedule. Job Type: Full Time, Hourly Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour Work Locations: Field Support will spend 95% of their time on the road in a company provided vehicle. Properties span from Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver and Westmoreland Counties.
