Property Management company seeking maintenance person to perform various duties for apartment turnovers and preventative maintenance. Basic Electric, plumbing, Hvac, painting skills required ( teachable ) Must have Valid Drivers License and clean background check. Salary based on skill $18 - $23 hr. Sign on Bonus discussed at interview. PTO and vacation. Must have reliable transportation to get to work. Work vehicles are provided while at work. Maintenance depot located in Moon Township.
