Hello, small company is looking to add a subcontractor to perform both commercial & residential steam cleaning. We’re not looking for someone who can just get the job done. This requires certain skills and a brain. What you need: • your own van, equipment & products • experience in steam cleaning ……We won’t train you • business license • general liability insurance • commercial auto insurance Van must be unlettered. You may not wear your own service uniforms on our projects. Yes, we will provide a company shirt. Secret shoppers are used to test honesty. Customers may not know you’re a subcontractor, unless directly asked. Split is 50/50, not open to negotiation. You must be : • Smart, problem solver. • Super trustworthy • on-time 100% of the time • be conscious of what customer experience is • business and service minded Anyone can steam clean but not everyone can do a great job and be a professional.
