WINNETKA: 200 UNIT CONDOMINIUM BUILDING SEEKS LANDSCAPERS/MAINTENANCE PERSONS NEEDED/WANTED $15-21/HOUR COMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE *must have gardening experience *know how to fix/repair sprinklers *prune plants, small trees *clean up leaves, trash *plant new plants as needed *understanding best landscaping practices -drip, low water system to replace older sprinklers *power wash walkways *electric and gas blowers to remove leaves *replace lightbulbs, set and adjust timers *clean laundry room/pool area *maintain pool water levels *meet with vendors and show them to areas where we need bids and bigger job repairs *misc extra work MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE (optional) *unplugging stopped toilets *fixing small plumbing leaks *turning off shut-off water valves *painting/sanding *small repairs, stucco, patchwork, etc *fixing door hinges, door latches ***30-40 HOURS PER WEEK.
