What you need to start:
- MUST pass a background check
- Must have reliable vehicle to get to shop or job-site
- Must supply simple hand tools and tool belt
- Must be able to receive emails inviting you to job-site along with calendar (we can work through text message, but prefer calendar)
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter, motivated
