I've been recording drums for a little over a year now and am looking to get my chops up with vocals and other acoustic instruments. Strings and horns welcome. would possibly travel if its for a quality pianist. This would involve some amount of experimentation with different pres, mics, and mic positions, and could be collaborative. Speed is not the focus - quality is. I would get experience, and you would get a recording (tracking, not mixing or mastering). The quality of gear is fantastic and is a great opportunity for singer/songwriter types. Because this is more of a passion project I'll be vetting the music to some degree, meaning it has to be somewhat "good." This is not to be mean but it'll be easier for both of us if you can play or sing halfway decently.
