Job Description: Responsible for a variety of activities associated with construction related activities and shop maintenance. The position requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Keeps a clean organized shop, maintain various properties, and assist job sites as needed. Eligible for full medical and retirement benefits after probationary period as well as a 401K retirement. Job Qualifications: Valid driver's license Clean driving record Pass a drug test and Pre-employment physical Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs Stand/bend/lift continuously Climb ladders Ability to maintain inventory Self-motivated Able to speak and read English Forklift certified (or able to become certified) Able to use power tools, pressure washers, and other shop related tools Assist maintenance personnel as needed Building, equipment, and yard maintenance Must be able to tow trailers Work safely and independently
