He can be shy when you meet him, but he warms up fast and he’s super affectionate at home with his people. He’s a hound dog, so he does all things hound dog. He’s a genuine good guy Heubie is a Redtick Coonhound mixed pup from New Mexico. He was dumped on the streets with his mother by some pretty cruel people. His mama didn't make it off the streets alive. She was struck by a car before rescuers could save her. 🐾🐾💕 He would do best in a home that has another dog to play with him and help him burn his puppy energy. He's a very smart dog and has learned most of the basic commands (sit, stay, lie down, place, and kennel). He picked up all of these fairly quickly and is also fully potty trained. 🐾🐾 Heubert is an active and incredibly smart boy who would like nothing more than to stretch his legs in your back yard or be out and about while on a family adventure.
