About the Company We are a premier janitorial company that services condominiums properties in the Skokie/Evanston communities for over thirty years. Our company provides community associations with a quality janitorial and maintenance program to ensure their investment is clean, well maintained and aesthetically pleasing. We presently have a full time opening for a cleaning person in the Skokie/Evanston area. This position requires travel to multiple buildings each day, a working vehicle and evidence of auto insurance is required. Job Title : Cleaning Person Full Time Days Location: Skokie, Evanston Shift: Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Starting Salary: $15.25 per hour About the Position This general cleaning position requires travel between building locations. A working vehicle with evidence of auto insurance is required. General cleaning duties include cleaning condominium common areas, including but not limited to lobbies, foyers, meeting rooms, mechanical rooms, storage areas, hallways, staircases, parking garages, exterior grounds, and parking lots. Competency in taking both written and oral direction, reading building schedules, possession of a smart phone with the ability to run business apps relevant to our business. EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS • Working vehicle with evidence of insurance • Evidence you are legally eligible to work in the United States • Criminal background check • Possess a High school diploma or equivalent • Must be able to perform physical work including using ladders, running, lifting, bending, stooping, standing, climbing, pulling, and reaching.
