We are looking for Landscapers for year round employment doing landscape work and snow removal services in winter. Work in The Great Outdoors year round with top-quality trucks with A/C, Heat, and excellent equipment. Turf Master Inc. is looking for Crew Leaders/Drivers with experience in Landscaping and leading a crew plus an active Driver's License.We are also seeking Crew Members with experience working with a landscaping company. Crew Leaders/Drivers must be experienced in Driving dump body trucks with equipment trailers. Bobcat, Backhoe, Loader, and/or Excavator experience is a plus. For Snowstorms, you will be on-call as needed and must be readily available day or night when there are snow or icy conditions in the forecast. You will need your own transportation to and from our business location in Johnston, RI. Helpers will ride to customer locations in the company truck with the truck/plow operator. Must be well groomed and reliable with high work ethics. Pay $17 to $25/hour depending on experience and performance. Bonus Incentive packages, available. Full time (40+ hours per week) with possible Saturdays + the occasional Sunday possible during the busy season.
