Our local growing Residential Remodeling & Repair Company is looking to add crewmembers to its staff. We are looking for honest, dependable people with good attitudes to help us complete a variety of projects consisting of (but not limited to): Kitchen & Bathroom Remodels, Garage Conversions, Interior & Exterior Painting, Flooring, Carpentry, General Household Repairs & More. We are looking for candidates with at least some prior experience in the construction or remodeling industry and although experience need not be extensive, a competent level of carpentry comprehension and skill will open pathways for rapid advancement. Further training will be provided on the job, so a willing attitude is also requisite. If lack of experience is an issue, inquire about our Helper's position ($11-$13hr). Pay for this entry position will depend upon experience history, availability, and demonstration of knowledge and will range anywhere from $13 to $17 an hour. Please do not apply if you require more upon hire, though accepted candidates will receive 3 raises per year with satisfactory performance. Start Date for these positions is anticipated between December 15th and the end of the year (though exceptions can be made for both earlier and later starts). 90% of our work is in the KATY area and much of it is on Katy’s west side or even to the west of Katy.
