Leopard Gecko in Need of Experienced Owner

I have a three year old female leopard gecko I've owned for a year now. She barely eats, though still is a healthy body condition. She apparently was like this for her previous owners with subpar care as well. I worry I'm not doing enough for her and am considering rehoming her to someone with more experience than I do to see if they can work with her. She would come with her enclosure, everything in it, UVB light, and a halogen lamp with dimmer. $100, though I do require proof you know what you're doing (basically tell me the basics of leopard gecko care). Will provide pictures when prompted.
