Successful short term rental business in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor and across from Kerrytown Shops is seeking a Property Manager/housekeeper to manage these properties. We book through Airbnb and VRBO as well as our own website www.annarborguesthouses.com. Average pay is $26 per hour and average hours are 25 per week, more in the warm season and less in the cold season for cleaning and managing. This is a flexible position, and you will work mostly between the hours of 11 am – 4 pm. You will need to be “on call” as needs arise, like someone locking themselves out or resetting the fuse box. These are just two examples of a Property Manager’s tasks if/when they occur. These apartments (we call them Guesthouses) are 5-Star properties, and you need to have an eye for detail in cleaning and enjoy working in beautiful spaces. We have a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers located in one of the property’s basements. You will have parking at each location which are 2 duplexes for a total of 4 Guesthouse apartments. If you enjoy flexibility and are your own boss (1099 Independent Contractor) with many days off a week but are willing to work weekends, this job may be for you.
