Lead man/Handyman with experience

Im looking for an experienced lead man for construction work. Duties will include everything from tape/bed/texture/paint, working in a warehouse installing labels, running a scissor lift, pouring concrete... these are a few of the jobs we encounter. This is a pay per hour 1099 position. MUST be able to drive to the jobsites, have a phone and show up on time.
