Owner of a commercial building is looking to hire an employee whose job duties will be general labor tasks, cleaning and laundry service. The Owner operates a massage and fitness center in the building. We are looking to hire an employee to clean the massage and fitness studio along with the common areas of the main building. Applicants must be dependable, reliable, have attention to details who can quietly, quickly and efficiently work with little supervision. Duties Include But Not Limited To: vacuum; washing floors, cleaning restrooms/showers, dusting, cleaning windows, cleaning and putting away fitness equipment, laundry (washing, drying folding putting away linens such as sheets, pillow cases. towels), etc.. This position is 27 to 32 hours a week - Applications need to be able to lift up to 50 Pounds - We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment - $12-$15 per hour based on experience - Please forward your contact information, resume, hours available to work and pay requirements if you're interested in this position.
