A Healing Retreat For Women to Re-Balance and Restore! 2020 was a struggle for most of us... and especially as women, we need to refocus our health and energy within ourselves, to create a new year with a fresh perspective. Join us as we begin a brand new year, at an intimate weekend getaway to learn simple shifts to quickly restore your well-being and find your joy again. The weekend has been designed with you in mind. How do we as women shift our thoughts and perceptions within our home and work environment when life is so turbulent all around us. If you have been feeling aimless and purposeless, or maybe just need some connection with other like-minded women, then come find your path to purpose and wellness and reclaim the best version of yourself, for you, your family and your friends. We as women have been gathering and sharing for millennia, and it’s about time for you to step back into the women you were created to be. Do you feel you are eating habits have been off and not sure how to course correct? Do you see the extra Covid- 19 when you look in the mirror? Do you want to understand how to stop and refocus your frustrations/anxiety or fear? Do you feel a pull to realign your health goals? This amazing weekend will cover multiple ways to Shift your thoughts, attitudes, and feelings to meet your personal wellness plan.
