Not a job for a brand new restaurant manager.
FOH, BOH responsibilities along with scheduling, inventory, hiring, ordering, openings, and closings and overall overseeing of a place with an owner who is hands on. Must work harder then every other employee!
Must demand a clean work space and building for everyone!!!
Are you RAMP manager certified?
Are you ServSafe manager certified?
