I would hate to see anybody else get ripped off doing work and not getting paid by Midwest Property REO. Chandra posts for contractors in gig all the time. She does not pay contractors. Everything from lawn care, electrical, trash outs. She keeps changing company names..Baker Property Management, HIVE, Midwest Property and company locations. Usually she hides behind a post office box or mail drop location. She recently had a case filed with an investor because of missing money and stuff she did. Several of us are contacting the bank she does work for and will be filing liens on the properties. Anyone else who has been ripped off by her, feel free to contact me and we can put you in touch with the attorney we are working with.
