o Clean the rain gutters.
o Power wash the deck, sand, and stain the deck and paint the deck railings.
o Yard work, weeding.
o Patch concrete driveway.
THESE ARE SOME OF THE REQUIREMENTS:
o NON SMOKER, NO DRUGS or ALCOHOL on the job.
o You will need to supply me with a few reference contacts that I can call to confirm that you have some experience and that you are reliable.
o You will need to be able to work by yourself and stay off of your phone while you are working.
o Be reliable and show up on time.
o Must be able to climb a ladder.
I will supply all of the tools, materials, and equipment.
The pay is $20/hr for someone with experience with this type of work. There's also a cash bonus if you show up on time, work hard everyday, and complete the project.
Please leave a contact phone number if you are interested. This will be the best way for me to communicate with you at first.
