JOB DESCRIPTION: Starting $23-$25 per hour 1.)Understand how to use a moisture meter. 2.)Take photos, document and sketch. 3.)How to setup drying equipment. 4.)Develop strategies on the go. 5.)Lift furniture and boxes > 75lbs 6.)Perform pack-outs/pack-ins in an organized fashion/document the process. 7.)Send and receive emails and text messages 8.)Occasionally handle CAT 1-3 crawlspace mitigations 9.) Have a great, professional attitude and arrive to work on time in uniform and with a presentable appearance. Preferences for anyone with experience in the following areas. 1.) MICA 2.)Xactimate 3.)IICRC certs 4.) Overall experience of more then 3 yrs in the industry and or lead experience. DESCRIPCIÓN DEL TRABAJO: 1.) Entender cómo usar un medidor de humedad. 2.)
