8 week old kitten w/ litter box and carrier

8 week old kitten (see image). Has not been to the vet yet. Possibly male, but still uncertain. Comes with a covered litter box, pet carrier, quite a bit of food and litter. A bit skittish at first but after a few days opens up and is very friendly/ cuddly.
