Our Holiday Party is right around the corner and we can't wait to celebrate with everyone! Please join us at the Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel on Friday, December 3rd for an evening of entertainment and good times CASINO STYLE. Upon arrival, guests will park in the convention lot and head into the Panzacola H event room. Cocktail hour begins at 6pm where you can enjoy some hors d’oeuvres and mingle with the team. Our holiday party will officially kick off at 7pm and go until 11pm. Dinner Menu Salad: Wintergreen (fresh greens, blue cheese, candied pecans, cranberries and ginger bread croutons with a pomegranate dressing Duo Entrée: Lake Meadow chicken breast and short-rib over mashed potatoes with asparagus and carrots (gluten Free options available upon request)Vegetarian plate available upon request: Vegetable harvest pyramid, fire roasted vegetables, yellow curry, cilantro saffron basmati rice, baby bok choy and roasted carrots.Dessert Trio: Chocolate raspberry dome, pumpkin cheesecake square, and crème Brule triangleMake sure your RSVP for both you and your guest if bringing someone, and select two tickets instead of one.
