small landscape company which caters to high end homes is looking to add a couple solid guys or gals to assist with landscape maintenance and grow with the team. Solid pay, sign on bonus of $200 cash given after 2 weeks of employment. Further incentive bonuses throughout season, generally range around $1000 or more per year historically. Knee surgery over the winter so also looking for a lead candidate to help run things in the spring. Foreman start at $20 to $22 an hour and room for growth from there. We focus in Landscape maintenance so lots of pruning, mulching and mowing. We have fun at work so please have a good attitude and willing to learn. You should be proficient in driving truck and trailer, using zero turn mowers, pruning, pruning hedges and dealing with clients. Looking for someone who wants to grow into a operations managers position.
