6 year old male mix yorkie and Poodle Free to good home

His name is Harley. He is 6 years old and weighs about 23 to 25 pounds. He is potty trained and uses a doggie door. He needs to be with an older man no small children and the only dog. He does love cats. I need someone that can continue his preventative heart worm medicine and his monthly flea and tick medicine. He does not have heart worms but I want him left on it because he has been on it since he was born. He is up to date on his shots until April. I would like vet references please.
