Tournament, sponsored by the Fort Washington Kappa Foundation of Prince George’s County (MD) Scholarship Fund The Fort Washington Kappa Foundation (FWKF) of Prince George’s County (MD) is the 501(3)(c) philanthropic arm of the Fort Washington Alumni Chapter of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. The members of the FWKF are teachers, coaches, fathers, and other leaders of the community. A primary objective of the Foundation is to help create the next generation of leaders. The Foundation provides opportunities to improve youth in the community through tutoring, mentoring, and youth leadership training activities. The FWKF also provides scholarships to Prince George’s County youth who seek higher education, demonstrate success in the classroom, show strong leadership qualities, and demonstrate a commitment to community service. In order to continue these efforts and maintain the FWKF's legacy, we are hosting an annual Father’s Day “Golf with a Cause”, golf tournament and other fundraising events. Our first Annual Golf Tournament will take place on Sunday, June 20, 2021, at the National Golf Course in Fort Washington, Maryland. Schedule of EventsCheck-in begins at 11:00 am. All golfers should arrive by 11:30 am. The shot-gun start takes place at 12:00 pm Noon. Golfers will head back to the clubhouse for an awards ceremony on the patio with brotherhood and libations. Registration Fee$125.00 per golfer (select individual option) $450.00 for a foursome (select group option) $500 after April 30th. Awards and PrizesAwards presented to the top two teams as well as longest drive and closest to the pin contests for both men and women.
