Create Your Very Own Charcuterie Board! Create a charcuterie board with Tyler and learn a few tricks when it comes to placing and designing your plate. We will also go over how to make the very popular and eye catching salami rosette! Get to know Michelle, an American Cheese Society certified cheese professional! Michelle is the expert and is eager to share her knowledge about cheese! She will go over styles, histories, and pairings. Sarah joins the party! Sarah is a wine expert and will educate you on what wines to pick when it comes to charcuterie. An optional wine tasting will also be offered free of charge. We will be using a 12in round palm leaf plate to make our boards. You may eat as we go or take it home for a special occasion. All materials will be included and feature local cheeses and high quality meats.
